Subject: The Chair
In reply to: Bruce Beveridge 's message, "Re: Mystery Olympic Objects" on 03:37:21 12/05/99 Sun

The chair, seems (to me) that it may have been from another ship scrapped around the same time, and just confused as an Olympic furnishing. I do agree with Bruce, I looked very thoroughly through every book possible last night, especially in color photos of Jame's Cameron't Titanic. Though it is close to the dining room chairs, and yes the 2nd class lounge, it's different. As for those initals, I imagine they are from the crafter of the chair. I agree also that the stained glass looks like the sail boat matches that of the stained glass in the smoking room, but that the glass around it is different. You never know, this could be from some odd place in the ship like, the crew's restrooms or something like this, if anywhere, I'm sure it's some place we don't know anything about!
