A Trojan virus, like a Trojan horse, is a program that appears safe -- but smuggles in a worm or virus. Once in they can do almost anythihng, the common one these days is to change your Internet access phone number to a premium rate number thus costing you anything up to $5/minute, a sign that this is happeneing is that you have connection troubles and you have to keep re=connecting.
