I believe the answer is to give Gentamicin 0.23ml each day
here is how:
Convert the weight in oz to lbs >>>> 13.4 oz = o.84lbs
next convert lbs to kg >>>> o.84 / 2.2 = 0.38kg
multiply the 0.38kg by the 6mg per kg per day >>> 2.28 mg per day
now how many ml in 2.28mg? >>>>> 0.228 0r 0.23ml
