OK, just one more post, and I'll go away and do something productive! Someone just sent me a link to this site you might find interesting:

http://www.moviemistakes.com/popular.php

Out of 175 mistakes listed for "Titanic," 3 involve David Warner:

http://www.moviemistakes.com/film1299?textsearch=lovejoy

Here's the one I'd been wondering about, though I'd thought it was just my eyes:

"During the break-up of the ship, David Warner's character, Lovejoy, is right where the gash starts. Right after we see the interior break-up shot, we see the hull breaking, and on the top, where Lovejoy should be, he is nowhere to be seen."

Not that I like seeing David in such scenes, but his demise did seem rather anticlimactic. After all his villainy, shouldn't we have seen Lovejoy get his just desserts instead of him just vanishing? (Or, MAYBE ... do you suppose he survived, and there's a sequel in the works???!)

There are tons of other films listed on the site. Just doing a random search off the top of my head, I found listings for Time After Time, The Omen, Time Bandits, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, Tron, The Man with Two Brains (only one mistake there, wow!) ...

Gee, why don't movie producers hire these eagle-eyes when they're actually making the movies! (Surprisingly, there's also a section on "perfect films," but there aren't many.)
