Subject: WHOSERCON 2002: THE LOCATION NOMINATIONS

Read the instructions very carefully before posting.

1) Please think over your choice before you post. Choose a place because it has potential for a convention. This means that there are things to do there that are either whose line or improv related (or both). There's enough things other than whose line/improv/comedy as well to keep people entertained. There's a good choice of places for people to stay at. Etc.Really think it over. Seriously.

2) Post your location choice (please include both city & country) in the subject line, and nothing else. Post your name and your email too in case you need to be contacted. In the message, write a good and convincing explanation on why you think this location is a good choice for the convention. Use all the things you thought out and planned from the first part of these instructions.

3) Everyone can nominate only ONE location. Everyone can also second ONE location. If you do second someone else's nomination, please put your reasoning for why the place is a good choice there.

4) Only locations that have been suggested & then seconded by someone else will be part of the final vote.

5) Nominations will continue until Sunday, October 28th at midnight, eastern time. Monday morning the locations that have passed the nomination process, will be reposted with instructions for voting, which will occur over that next week.

Any questions/confusing bits in the instructions, email me and I will help clear it up.
