Well from what I remember from last year most BBC4 Proms had the camera on a rail in "no-man's land". Also the same lighting is used for all the proms apart from the last night which has extra flashing lights, thats all.

I dont mind the cameras if its going to bring the Proms to thousands of people across the UK that would not be able to come to the Albert Hall or prefer it on tv. BBC4 Proms got the highest raitings/viewing figures ever last year, which is why Im guessing the budget has gone up and more are being shown.
