No guarantees, but it is almost always posible to get into the Gallery (which I assume is what you're after). However, on very popular days, the stewards will often start advising people who join the Arena day queue late on, to join the Gallery queue instead. Of the 2 concerts you list, the Mahler may well come into this category, given that it's Janssons and the Concertgebouw, it's a bit harder to predict for the other one, Julliard/RAM probably won't be quite such a big draw, but on the other hand it's a Saturday, so people can potentially get there a bit earlier.

On a week-day the queues really start to build from say 16:30 onwards (as some people can get out of work from 16:00 without having to take time off). Weekends can be a bit variable, depending on the weather, what othe events are on etc etc.
