 Well, from my vantage point on the other side of the Atlantic, I've
always thought that Rule, Britannia, being the most over-the-top
of the traditional fare, was equally the least offensive. But perhaps
that's just how we are: I can't imagine a true Canadian could sing
something like that without being tounge-in-cheek about it!
(Whereas the prospect of singing our national anthem always instills
in me a certain sense of dread...)

But in any case, what's this about them ordinarily never playing the
first 4 minutes of the Fantasy?
