The link provided by David is fairly clear. No "Rule Britannia".

Not bothered one way or the other myself, but I predict a big stink from some quarters. RB is, I suppose, the most "jingoistic" of the old numbers (if you see it in those terms), hence its removal.

Wait for the storm.....
