Subject: A stupid question - it is driving me mad

I really hope I'm not asking an inappropriate question in what seems like a really nice board. As I said in the title, my sanity is at risk here. Can you identify a piece of music - one I used to be familiar with, one that has 'dropped off' the old knowledge base.

The BBC proms advert second peice - rousing - sounds like Wagner or Orff, possibly Russian, probably German - when the fireworks are on (on the screen) can anyone please tell me what it is?

I'm aware that I will be kicking myself VERY hard when someone tells me.

Thanks.

Gavn.
