Subject: Time to join queue

We're taking our kids (aged 10 and 14) to the 7.30 prom at the RAH this Wednesday evening (30/8). I'd be very grateful for some advice about when we need to join the queue - it's many since we queued (+ 14 years in fact, see above!) so I'm a bit out of touch. We'll probably go for the balcony, but would also be interested to know what time we'd need to be in the queue to be reasonably sure of getting into the arena.

Many thanks for any help with this.

Andrew

PS - the Queen's going too, and the programme is Grainger/Elgar/Walton so I guess it'll be pretty popular, at least amongst us hoi polloi.
