 My local bookshop in London SW14 didn't have it - they rang their suppliers then and there and found that even the wholesalers hadn't been given any publishing or availability date at all - certainly not today - and weren't yet taking orders. They're a small bookshop, and it isn't their fault that the BBC haven't got their act together.
