I have no problem with weekend pass holders joining the Season Ticket Queue on exactly the same terms as the rest of us. I too have been a bit worried about the slogan "Beat the Queues" and can well see that being applied literally by the current management of the BBC so that such pass holders will be allowed not only to enter the Hall at the front of the queue but, if they arrive 10 minutes before the concert to be allowed to stand at the front of the Arena. If that actually happens, they are welcome to it, I wouldn't dream of trying to compete. There are enough occasions during this season when I have better things to do than and better concerts to attend than Kenyon's puerile choice, it won't be difficult to find others.
