Unfortunately I can't use the same caveat as Mr. Underdown/Underwood (have you told Our Man at the Front this yet?)

My (very) limited knowledge of data protection leads me to agree with Dave on the selling point.

Don't forget that you have a statutory right to ask RAH to reveal to you what information on you they have stored.
