Brian went to the meeting. They discussed bar codes and said that the info will only be used by the RAH and the BBC. They will swipe the bar codes before the doors open.They will also be looking at who is buying a season ticket just to go to the last night. They talked about bags and people asked for more consistancy on the size of bag allowed in. they also spoke about food which seemed to be an issue directed at the gallery rather than the arena. There was also a discussion on raffle tickets and the fact that they whole queue needs them before a talk rather than just the people going in to the talk. There were lots of other things discussed but that is all he can remember!!! Hope this is useful!!!
