I flatter myself, Derrick, that I had gathered the drift of your comments. If you re-read my posting, you will note that I am of the opinion that any geographical basis for bias is ridiculous, not that claiming the existence of such bias is ridiculous. You might also sense my feelings on this matter from my review of the Rimsky-K/MacMillan/Strauss Prom this season.

I promise I shall try to be there for the appearance of the Hall� next year. Or is that now positive discrimination?
