I'm afraid I wasn't one of the 27, and can't therefore write a review....

Sorry to hear it was such a poor attendance, but these late night proms are rather subject to that. I know how dispiriting it can be to outnumber the audience.

What I will say, is that the BBCSC are normally of the very highest standard, among the very best in the country. And though some (not including me) weren't particularly convinced by the first night, I thought the chorus were excellent in Harmonium.

I must admit I can't work out whether Geoff Brown enjoyed the late night prom or not either. He does seem to be saying the chorus did a good job, which I find very easy to believe.

Keep up the good work. I'll be one of the (hopefully vastly bigger than 27) audience for the Sea Symphony in a few weeks. I'll be the first to praise the BBCSC if they're as good as usual.
