Based on Elf's post, I tried sending the wood at five different times in the month it was requested. All 5 tries resulted in Sept delivery. This was when Army was sent in Feb.

When troops were sent in Dec, I tried 3 different wood sending times in the month requested and they all resulted in Jun Delivery.

I'm not sure how this works. It does seem to be tied to troop delivery for me, but if Elf says that can't be there must be something else underlying it. It can't be random because by now I would have been lucky once and based on CC and mine results the day of the month doesn't appear to be a factor either, so what else could it be?

- State of the map: I believe floods are based on the state of the map, perhaps delivery is also?
- I also notice that the delivery dates are both quarter ends. Perhaps something has to happen in that quarter which determines the delivery date?

I don't know what it is, all I know is that I can with 100% certainty state that for me, sending troops in December and wood immediately after request results in Lux Goods at June end. Will try experiment with those other ideas later tonight.
