Some of Joe's earliest media exposure came on KDKA radio when he provided forecasts on Cordic & Company. They eventually included him in a running routine where Brunhilde had a major crush on the guy she called "Joden" as in "Joden Ardo." That ran all the way through Pallan & Trow, where Bob Trow continued the Brunhilde character.
