For example, customers would bring plastic bags with them and scoop shrimp into their purses lined with the bags. And it wasn't just that some customers were stealing pounds and pounds of shrimp. Always impressive for someone with his background to lean into the system and be successful, and to be tasked with such a challenge while so young. Very, very driven.
