If you want a good chuckle, read up on Red Lobster and how its all-you-can-eat shrimp promotion brought the company to its knees, eventually leading to bankruptcy. For example, customers would bring plastic bags with them and scoop shrimp into their purses lined with the bags.

And it wasn't just that some customers were stealing pounds and pounds of shrimp. It's that those customers would stay for hours, bringing the table turns and kitchen efficiency to a standstill.

Read an article about him when it was first announced. Always impressive for someone with his background to lean into the system and be successful, and to be tasked with such a challenge while so young. Very, very driven.

Unsurprisingly, the article also made clear his views about work don't align with a "lifestyle" career. Think Musk's X.
