This is the kind of game we’re supposed to be past at this stage in the Perry era. We had a prime opportunity to start 2-0 and stay in the title mix. Now, we’re likely on the outside looking in barring a miraculous 5-0 finish. If this ends in another 2-5 or even 3-4 finish, I fear Perry’s seat will start to warm as he’s going to have to rebuild most of the offense next year with the QB, top WR, and multiple OL graduating.
