I know that at least during the Lovett era at Princeton that Dartmouth was one of, if not the biggest game for Princeton each year (at least according to players). Buddy T had Surace's number early on but during those years, they were 2-2 during the Lovett years and the 2018 Princeton win over Dartmouth was one of the best games ever in the last 20 years in the Ivies in terms of talent, drama, championship on the line. Next season Dartmouth got revenge in the Yankee Stadium game when both teams were undefeated and ranked.

Never heard of players mentioning the Sawhorse dollar though during this era and beyond.

Would be interested to hear how Princeton alumni would rank the Dartmouth rivalry now
