 but I am also going to save a large chunk of money used to insure prop taxes etc. Heck I have spent 2700 in oil bills in less than a month. I will most likely buy small condo /townhouse in GA to be close to kids and grandkids once the dust settles not that GA in summer is not hot, but ac will work
