Cornell pulled off a win in the closing seconds at Richmond 12-11. It was probably nice to play in a little warmer weather in VA. Next up is Penn State on Saturday at Schoellkopf Field. Even though Cornell is ranked a little higher, Penn State as always a very tough match-up. I think the key for Cornell is playing good defense against Penn State as they beat us soundly last year. Go Big Red!

New poll has C#3, P#4, H#12, Pe#18.

Note Princeton has already won at #8 Penn State, who won at Yale last week. This week Tigers have their first non-Top 10 match of the year, against a well-coached Rutgers team off to a mediocre start.

Interesting stat: Duke, UNC, Maryland and Penn State are a combined 18-3. All three losses are to Princeton.
