The UCONN AD will announce his successor but Geno will undoubtedly select her/him. I know there is much speculation that will be Carla, although I would think Shea Ralph is a serious contender. When asked about Kaitlyn and comparisons between the two programs prior to the final, he spoke glowingly of her, the P program, the toughness of the players, and similarity between the two programs’ approach. It was fun to see the post-game photo with Kaitlyn, her family, friends including Carla, Ellie Mitchell, and some other former P teammates. She started 40 games for UCONN.
