It’s called a buy out. They have to buy their way out of the contract which they are breaking in order to take the next job. Now, whether the coach has to put up the buy out or the new school is willing to do it, there is nonetheless a penalty that must be paid. Might be an apples to oranges comparison but fruit is fruit.
