I think the last time it was brought up in league meetings it got voted down 5-3. One comment: It is a bit disturbing that some of the athletes keep fishing around for more eligibility. My comments are not directed at the Ivy players seeking one more year. My concern is those individuals who have 6,7,8, or 9 years of eligibility usually due to injuries sustained during their athletic careers.

Not only are college football players now making money and transferring schools like hired guns, their paid college careers end at the same age as NFL careers.
