Obviously, a little labor is involved, but not much. Given the additional revenue possible, I would think it's still a net positive to go through the exercise, not even accounting for the extra game day atmosphere benefit of more fannies in more seats. I'm assuming for the time that the tarps can be removed and reinstalled without any problem. That may not be true.
