I have often complained about James Perry not turning the Brown program around. He has had 6 years to do it and has come up short. On the other hand, Bob Chesney has immediately turned every program he has coached into a winner. In other words, it can be done. You don't need 10 years to build a winning program. In fact, if you have not established a winner by year 5, it's probably never going to happen. I am not sure what Chesney is selling, but it is obvious his players are buying in. They are a rare few, but some people are just born to coach. And the vast majority of the others are not. Sorry.

Sorry about the prior email going out as Bob Chesney. I was too tired to write a message and should have gone to bed instead. I will try harder.
