My recent picks were 4-0 and 0-2 for ivy/Service Academy Sprint Football. Bring the total to 34-14 and the year end total to 10-6 for Sprint Football.
Congratulations to Harvard for winning a share of the League .Last September I said in my opinion Harvard will have to win The league by week 9 because Yale has had their number for years.

Brown fought off The scpappy Lions to end their four game slid. Unfortunately, it's too late for redemption.

Columbia has shown despite a lost season there're capable of pulling a upset. Keeping The Empire State Trophy will provide plenty of motivation.

Cornell could be building something special but we won't kmow if that's true until next year.

Dartmouth looks like they'll continue with their 8 win seasons. This year that won't be enough for another Ivy Championship. Fortunately, (although unlikely) The Big Green have playoff hopes-something they could not ever say before.

Harvard said during media day they don't want to share another league championship. Come Saturday, win or lose they should be playing in December.

Penn's offense came to life and provided one of the most thrilling games this year in the Ivy but it was special teams that costed them the upset and a potential share of the crown. A missed exp and a QB fumble on a two exp play proved to costly. What was the deal of the "catch interference " call? Penn removed the onside kick.

Princeton continues to rebuild watch out for them in 2026.

Yale defense had six sacks and a late 4th quarter interception to keep their title hopes and first ever post season
Appearance in place.

CSFL

It's never to win only 1 game but for Cornell(1-7) they picked the right opponent. They bear Penn(2-6) 31-14. Cornell avoided their second winless season in three years and their third since 1949. After making strides last season both of this Sprint Ivy's had a sizeable decline.
The CSFL season ended in overtime when Navy (8-0) traveled to Army (7-1) to capture the championship.

Picks
The Game: Yale over Harvard
Princeton over Pennsylvania
Empire State Bowl: Cornell over Columbia
Dartmouth over Brown

Game of The Week: Havard vs. Yale
Potential Upset of The Week: Columbia vs. Cornell

I thought I'd look at the Patriot League to get a sense of how we stack up and a likelihood of getting a second bid.

Lehigh at 11-0 seems to be the class of the Patriot league, but it's SOS is equivalent to Harvard's. In many polls and analytical rankings, Harvard has moved ahead of Lehigh.

Lafayette (8-3) is tied with Lehigh at 6-0 heading into their final rivalry game Saturday. Georgetown (6-5, 3-3) is in third place, but lost 46-0 to Brown and only 42-37 to Lafayette. No one else in the league rates a mention except that 2-9 Holy Cross has had a tough luck season, losing a bunch of close games, which hasn't help Harvard's SOS.

Lafayette lost to Princeton 38-28 and beat Columbia 38-14. Lehigh beat Penn 44-30, Yale 31-13 and Columbia 31-7.

Essentially, the ratings should well have Harvard and Lehigh as roughly equivalent, whereas it seems Lafayette compares less favorable to Yale (7-2) or Dartmouth (7-2). The coaches poll has Lafayette at #24, Yale at #25, and Darmouth with votes (#28).

Should Yale or Lafayette prevail on Saturday, I would expect Lehigh and/or Harvard to get at large selections.

Again, FLOFOOTBALL's headline yesterday was "North Dakota State, Montana, Lehigh Stay Perfect." Pure Garbage and intentional attempt to 'cancel' of the Ivy League.

Sort of fueling my hopes that Harvard (and maybe Yale) kick some postseason ass.

Good to know. Where do you find the FCS Committee rankings?

I found it in a google search.
Not sure where they are released, but would think it's similar to the FBS committee that provides guidance. Some NCAA site I suppose?

Apparently the FCS playoff committee issues two in season sets of top 10 rankings: Oct 15 and Nov 5.

The Nov 5th rankings:
1. NDSU
2. Montana State
3. Montana
4. Lehigh
5. Tarleton State
6. SDSU
7. Tennessee Tech
8. Monmouth
9. Harvard
10. UC Davis
