My recent picks were 1-3, bring the total to 35-17. At the start of the season I questioned would the rare occurrences of have a two loss championship and tri championship be the new normal? The Ivy returned to normal by having a 1 loss co championship. Congrats to Yale for wining a Ivy Championship.

Yale continues to dominate in November. This stated in 2016 when 2-7 Bulldogs denied Harvard a leauge championship.

Harvard said during media day they don't want to share another league championship. At the start of the season, I said they better wrap up the championship by week nine because Yale has owned them.

Dartmouth had another good season but this year they didn't look as good as they usually do. Heading into the Brown game their was some debate if they deserve a playoff bid A Bear loss answered that question Next year I expect Dartmouth to be serious champion contenters.

Cornell finished the year in a usual place, 3- 4 wins. Their 5 game Midseason win streak provides much optimism.
For years I've stated out of confrence games "other than historical significance are glorified Preseason games. It is what one dose against their Ivy brethren that defines theirse season." I'd mention 2012 Penn and 2016 Dartmouth to validate that opinion. Cornell has me questioning that statement. Had they preformed better in September and early October, they would have reached hights they've haven't experienced in years Dan Swanstorm will get Ivy COY consideration but it will probably go to Tony Reno.

Brown at initial thought had a respectable 5-5 season but they had proven they have everything in place to get that elusive 6th win. This team is clearly the disappointment of the year. Is James Perry another David Archer?

Princeton has b2b losing seasons for the first time since 2010-11. The Tigers looked better than their record. Its had to imagine how they ended the year with 5 losses Four loses were by a single score. I don't expect this team to content for a championship in 2026 but their very capable of a winning season- something I can't say about Brown.

Columbia finally achieved their objective, a power-spread offense. The offense line/recivers lead the way for Griffin Johnson to run for 203 yards. it's never good to win 1 Ivy game but they chose to win the right one. As a reward and a consolation to a disappointing season they have The Empire State Trophy for the long ride back to NYC. This team also has their 2023 Ivy Championship rings to remind them of better times and proof that they're capable of returning to their winning ways.

Penn finished with a winng season but this team is difficult to figure out. With the loss of Liam O'Brian, Jared Richardson and Bisi Owens will make this 2026 team more mysterious. On the humorous side, did any one noticed before the two minute time out,as Jared Richland lined up he "challenged " the Princeton Conerback to a paper , rock scissors game? It's worth a re-watch.

Playoff predictions:
Yale over Youngstown in the first post season game!
Harvard over Villanova in their first post season game sine The 1920 Rose Bowl!
