Subject: No, I didn't see Paul "forcing" her to strip, either. She had a choice in how far she would take her response to his asking her if she would be his wife. The look on Paul's face (BRAVO, Roger!) not only told me he was NOT enjoying it ... but that he didn't really expect her to go that far. What was really uncomfortable about it also ... was that it pointed up how little Meg understood Paul and what he really wanted with her. Sex was the implication ... but was it really? I think not.
In reply to: emacrh 's message, "Paul didn't ask Meg to strip, that was Meg's interpretation of what she thought Paul wanted....I was happy that Paul said "no". I read all of these other boards and everyone is feeling sorry for Meg losing her baby...she could have given Paul joint custody after seeing how he is with Eliza but she elected to keep all of the power and have her gravy too (Disgusty). What about Paul's pain and hurt? Paul is always saying "I'm sorry" "please forgive me"....feels guilty. I don't always agree with Pauls tactic but I always feel for the man. After today's show I have a sick feeling that Meg is playing Paul now....it makes me wonder if Meg ever had feelings of love for Paul, Roger and Marie have been awesome the last couple of days!!! This is good soapy stuff." on 17:19:55 04/09/09 Thu
