Considering the PLAY not the scores or results that I have SEEN this year, it concerns me, not that they are not developing as fast as hoped, but seem to be going backwards. That is my observation for what it is worth, and you are free not to agree. I am hopefull it is just a bit of a slump, but it is getting to be a pretty long one.
