I got mine for less than 20 cents per pound. Solid standing rigging and hull but I'm sure ill put 1 dollar per pound at least into it before it's ready to head off.

In these things, time is an asset. Figure out what you want, then just keep looking til someone makes you an offer that you can't refuse. Craigslist is a good source though my marina has been demolishing little sailboats which are old and worn but still salvagable, for the past month so maybe looking offline could be good.
