My boat is just a tad smaller and lighter than yours and my rowing rig is not perfect I have the oars lashed between my winch and a block ( I am convinced I will inch along a little faster)
that being said I like to look at my hand held gps while i row and I get between 1.5 and 1.7 kn in dead calm)

When I am sailing alone I get a little challanged sailing into a strong wind, I follow marine forcasts and find safe anchorage if the sailing is going to be unmanageable for me on my own I find a safe anchorage and wait for a favourable wind. This is why it is important to not have to go to work on monday while engineless sailing.
