Excellent one of a kind Ericson 35 - (Alberg 35) available here. Asking price is cheap - I bet they would take less. As the owner of an Alberg design I can say you won't be disappointed with sailing characteristics. Also this one has an insulated hull - so less problems with moisture and mildew. If I didn't already have a boat I'd pick this up myself! Rip out engine if you don't want and sell.
