I've gotten alot of e-mails on this, transferable has gotten the consensis but i can only speak for myself, I want some changes made, but not at the expense of hunters or Myself loosing hunting days in the woods... if we look at how many WMAs are Quota Only areas, how many days they allow hunting on these areas, Most of you would see why i'm against a FLAT non-transferable system!

As a Board member of the United Hunters of Florida, I have to make sure the Members are not going to loose any hunting thru rules the FWC make good intentions or not, you can be sure all the board members are doing the same!

We have had four Town hall meetings, hunters have had a chance to attend and voice their opinion, the UHF really push for that, we wanted hunters to have a chance to do that... what happens next, I would hope is this group of Stakeholders go back and try and find a better solution, something in the middle, something we all can agree on, "ya right", it's going to take alot of thought, hard work and it must not be on the backs of Florida hunters alone, the FWC has got to CONTRIBUTE something to these changes, Manned check stations is one thing i would like to see, on all WMAs!

Thanks to guys like Gladeshunter, Keith and a few others who openly voiced their opinion either way, that's what our boys are fighting for today, that RIGHT, the ability to DEBATE in an open forum, that's why hunting will never die, people like us who aren't afraid to stand up! We'll find a common ground on this and many other issues, hunting will go on for generations because of our confictions, that's why the UHF was formed!
