Chen Pan Ling had only one, 99-move, form as far as I know. Sometimes a subset of moves is taught called the "Four Directions Form", but it's a training exercise, not a full form.

Sometimes for demonstration purposes a middle section of the 99 movements is omitted; maybe that explains the differences you saw?

There is some video of the Chen Pan Ling form on You Tube. Search for 'Chen Pan Ling'. One video has Chen Yun Ching, son of Chen Pan Ling, doing portions of the 99-move form but purely as a short demonstration, not the whole form.

In each of Chen Pan Ling's books, he lists the forms he did. A translation of the list of forms is at the bottom of this webpage:
http://www.chenpanling.us/lineage/

(The forms marked 'discontinued' were identified by Chen Yun Ching as basically 'nobody does these any more and I don't know them')

I will be seeing Grandmaster Chen and his brother later this month; I will confirm with them about any shorter forms.
