What do you mean by who intergrated fajing in CPL taiji?
To my understanding (limited it may be) Fajing is expressed through out the whole form as taight by CPL, it may not be like the "explosive fajing" that you would see in Chen style, but it is there. Also when you do single movements there are some fajing exercises as well.
