My 8 year old will be doing Galaxy for the first time.
I have spoken to you Autum several time about a what sort of things to expect. But could you sort of refresh it.
One thing I had never asked was about make-up and hair for the jrs. I emailed you the other day but tonight just scouting around I found your site here.
We have done only a few different systems and not sure what to expect. I know they only do on stage question and gown. I am thinking more about how to do hair and her make up.
Can you or someone who has done Jr. help me out.
Time is getting short. We are so excited and can't wait.

can be up or down, and however you like. Think of it as similar to American Coed (more natural) with makeup allowable to the degree it enhances the child's beauty but NOT so that the judges know that it's really there. Not as heavy as Sunburst or Universal/Southern Charm. More like a toned down version of Tiny Miss with *reasonable* enhancement to hide blemishes, add rosiness to fair skin or perhaps a bit of color to the lips.

No fake lashes, eyeliner, heavy rouge or immensely teased hair. My daughter will be crowning and she will have her hair up loosely and some foundation, light pink lipstick and a touch of blush. A little glitzier than au natural but still age appropriate for a young girl, not pro-am performance level. Hope this explains it better!
