I'm pretty young to and i'd like to lose a few pounds. The key to loseing weight isn't eating oatmeal and vegtables ALL the time cause evernually your going to get tiredd of eating all those and gain the wieght back. But eating fruit and vegtibles are important. Eat a vegible or fruit for snack then at the end of the day if you want you can reward yourself by eating ONE thing that is kinda junk but isn't high in fat like you could have a pudding it itsn't that high in junk or a cookie but don't go overboard or it won't work. And to have a healthy supper one thing that I love and that is healthy is stir-fryed vegitables or just vegitibles on the side is good to. And if you take the bus to school walk and get more involed with school sports! And remeber your not ugly you need cofendinecc in yourself to make it work!
