im fat as well im 5'11 big boned. and i have done some waight lifting in my younger days. but i too like to eat. wen i get up tight over something i eat. then when im stressed out. i dont eat at all. bad bad i no. for this past year ive' tried to get the fat off. my docter has helped. but he dont' even understand on why im having such a hard time with my waight. ive done just about every thing. and still ive' only lost maby 7pounds. im at my end with this matter. i had a baby 7years ago. but ive had time to get the fat off some what.i was a 11pound baby at the time of being born. my mom says honey you where ment to be big. no i dont think so mom.
