What I do to keep UTI's(Urinary Tract Infections) away--my success has been 10 years

If you are already suffering from a UTI do this:

1): Go to Wal-Mart or a healthfood store and get a bottle of Cranberry capsules. Take 3 or 4 capsules 3x's per day for 7 days. Do not drink cranberry juice, the sugar in it will cause a yeast infection.

2): After the bladder infection is gone continue to take 2 or 3 cranberry capsules a day from now on. I haven't had to use an antibiotic for a UTI in 10 years since starting the use of cranberry capsules. The cranberry tablets don't seem to desolve fast enough. There are chewables but I've never tried them.
