Mira,

I was very stiff to start with, but my stiffness has been significantly reduced. I think it may be a matter of regaining lost strength. Maybe some form of exercise? I have been on LDN since Nov '03 and don't ever want to be without it. I think for some of us, it is just going to take longer to regain strength.
