How could either one of them deny this? Something that was wrong couldn't feel this right. He didn't say anything at first, holding her tighter against his chest, his lips rested against her hairline easily, staring out at the water, choppy and defiant in the moonlight - he felt like that. A little uncertain as to which direction he was supposed to go in from here. Another long sigh passed over his lips as he held his arms around her, for the moment, shielding her from everything, but knowing it wouldn't last. He didn't know what to do here.
