Great site ~
I have six ( 5 inch )caribe piranah in a 5'x 2'x 2' ( 120gal ) tank ~ Filtered by 2 Aquaclear 110
500 gph ( double sponged ) filters ~ The tank has good filtration and is always clear.

Down one end of the tank is a power head hooked up to an airline to give them a steady stream of bubbles and with the downforce of the 2 filters gives the tank a nice current ~ much to the dismay of the feederfish that get blown around all over the place.

Every second day they get a dozen feeder fish
with shrimp in between feeding days
Food they like :
shrimp,goldfish,minnows.crawlfish,leftover thanks giving turkey.

Funny thing is that the only food that they will eat when i have my head right up to the glass is the shrimp - they dont care who's looking and they dart up to the surface and hit the shrimp real hard from below and splash water everywhere they have even knocked one of my heaters off the suction cups and they also hit the glass with such force that i am thankful the tank has such thick glass.

The 120 gallon tank is a bit too small so for christmas
(if the budget allows ) im going to get them a 180 gal tank
which unfortunitly is the biggest tank i can fit down into the basement

Well good luck and good health to you all ~
