Whether you're a big Marvel/MCU fan or not, this was a one time holiday special that is definitely worth a watch for the sake of a couple of chuckles today! Now, I know that all 25 to 30 movies and TV shows are all connected and you may think that you have to know them all before you get into this one...but you really don't. Basically, the lead character was abducted as a child in the 80's and has been a Han Solo type of space smuggler ever since, with his new family of other misfits. Oh...and someone he loved very much died in one of the movies not long ago. There. Everything that you need to know in order to watch this is all summed up right there. Done.

Guardians is one of the most beloved Marvel series of the bunch, and this is just a Christmas special that they put together for a good time. You get plenty of laughs, some action, some warm and fuzzy feelings, and some music on top of it all. Basically, even though everyone is in it, the story is mostly center around Drax and Mantis...who make for a ton of giggles just by themselves as they visit Earth for the first time in order to kidnap Kevin Bacon! Hehehe, long story...

Anyway, stay warm today, put on those new slippers you got from under the tree, and let this hour long presentation leave you with a great big holiday smile on your face! :)
