Subject: Today is Canadia Day

And it's a mighty weird one. It's the first Canada Day, minus the pandemic, that I'm not volunteering at the community center for the ENTIRE DAY. Literally from 8am until 2am. I don't miss heat stroke.

This is also the first Canadia Day I've ever had without my mom, and just thinking about that really messes with my head. I'll never spend another Canada Day with my mom. :'(

Today's been soooooo god damn long. I don't know what to do with myself (hehehehe). It's usually one of the most busiest days of the year, and I've literally got nothing to do today. No one's even in the chat or on this forum, or people are busy doing Monday things. Here I am. Alone. For the first time.

There may be some alcohol involved, though. It's Canadia day. I'm celebrating. Alone. On a Monday.
