Subject: My thoughts about Spring...
In reply to: JeffsFort 's message, "IMAGINE Magazine Question for 4/15 - "It's Spring Time"" on 17:58:26 03/11/26 Wed

I just wanted the snow to melt so that I could finally put away my coat. Later, when I took up cooking, I also got into gardening.

I never had a special crush, or a planned vacation/Spring Break to look forward to. One of the drawbacks of living in a rural neighborhood: the distance made commuting to your friends' houses nearly impossible. Instead, I waited for the ground to thaw and the frost to pass, so I could plant potatoes, onions and herbs.
