Subject: We have talked about this and it could be needs more RAM. Also the numbers and other gibberish on the screen can give more clues to what is wrong so need to jot this info down and then do a Google search to see if it can be pinpointed to something specific.

Go to Control Panel, Administrative tools, Event Viewer, System, and look for any warnings or alerts that look weird.

He also suggested looking online for a program called "memtest". Get the version you can burn to a CD to basically make a "boot disk". Boot your computer from that disk and run the test. This will tell you if you have a memory problem.

DH has had his share of computer problems and has learned all this stuff the hard way! LOL
